Allright! We finally moved
the dreaded bowl corners
to the new place,
these big monsters
were fun to wrestle with.
We are still not done
moving ramps though,
there are still huge
sections of the old vert
ramp to be moved.
Special thanks due to
the hard core crew
 that has consistantly
been there to help.
First off ... the
Mother Trucker himself
Justin Gibson.
This guy has been
showing up with an
awesome 18' trailer,
week after week all the
way from Winterhaven.
Thanks is also due to
his family for the sacrifce
of losing their Dad every
weekend to the skatepark
relocation effort.
Also consistantly helping
from Lakeland are
Jeff Sharpe
and his very helpfull
girlfriend Shauna,
who are always there week
 after week making
the gas guzzling trips
at their own expense.
There are a few others that
have helped some,
 but these people are
stand outs for their
consistancy and
the willingness
to take on the worst
parts of the ramp move,
even until 1am last night.
They travel the longest
distance of any help
that we have seen.
Thanks guys!
-------------------------------------
Jan. 20/08
We have moved alot of stuff into the new place, the bowl corners and the "mini mega ramp" sections
are still at Andre's, but will be on the way this weekend. Right now it looks like probably around a month before opening. We will get some pics up as soon as we frame some of the ramps out. There will be a 3' tall kidney shaped bowl, and the 5' and 6' mini ramp from the GSF will be resurected and cornered in for a large kidney bowl. After that we will add street elements and fill this place up with skate terrain. We are all very excited and we're sure you will love the new facility.
-------------------------------------
Congrats Chris Lehman for bringing in another win, taking 1st in the Skatepark of Tampa bowl jam.
Matt Giles pulled in 3rd, way to go guys, thanks

Help!!! We need plywood! We need 2x6s and 2x4s. The ramps are on the rise, be part of something positive and contribute construction materials, labor or cash. Lets build more for everyone to enjoy.
---------------------------------
The Ghetto Skate Facility is improving again, with expansion of the mini ramp to include two more bowl corners and a hip, As well as the construction of something very big in the driveway. Check back soon for pics, or just come skate.
